6" x 7" Corn-Yellow Textured Parchment, 2,000 Sheets, UNCOATED

Parchment paper for southern-style hot tamales- for wrapping of tamales; a corn husk (hoja) substitute. Textured and corn yellow, but not treated with non-stick silicone, i.e. uncoated, since hot tamale cooking often does not need nonstick. Sheets are a rectangle 7" high x 6" wide; 54 gms/m2 pure vegetable parchment.
 
If you do not prefer textured, you can also use our 6" x 8" plain white sheet for hot tamales. If your masa is drier or stickier, you may need our non-stick textured 5 1/2" x 8" sheet.
